  • Supports Post-traumatic Growth: guides you in making positive changes and achieving personal growth following trauma, helping you become more resilient and build a more meaningful life.

  • Application of Positive Psychology: uses principles of positive psychology to help clients have a healthier mindset towards their health and wellness journey to promote resilience, optimism, and positive emotions, helping clients overcome obstacles and adversity, such as dealing with autoimmune diseases or other health conditions.

  • Holistic Approach: views health as an integration of body, mind, and spirit. Therefore, strategies encompass all aspects of your well-being, including nutrition, fitness, sleep, stress management, and mental health.

  • The initial consultation will be used to clarify roles and responsibilities of the coaching relationship- establish the coaching agreement. Three goal setting tools will be used: The Life Balance Wheel will give clients a meta-view of areas in their life that may require more attention. A Life Visioning exercise will identify the client’s values, and a strengths identification exercise will help build resilience.
